I just recieved a RFPX150 amp and 1 RFP 3412 HE sub for christmas. After asking some questions and reading alot of post's, i think im gunna take back the X150 and get a RFP X250.2

I have the reciepts and for the price the person payed at Best Buy, i can get a X250.2 and a different sub online for the price they payed at Best Buy......i would like to stay with Fosgate.

Im only looking to run one sub and amp....anybody know the difference between the HE and the HE2's...?

the difference is the power handling, the HE is 50-200 watts RMS and 400 peak. The HE2 handls 100-400 watts RMS and 800 peak, also i believe the HE are SVC(4 or 8 ohm) the HE2 are DVC(4 ohm). hope i helped, good luck with the system.

This is my thought as well. Would be a much better box volume if you could buy the 12" version of those subs.
