New Cars Aftermarket Head Unit Compatability

Hi

I'm looking for a new car to replace my Explorer. I'd like to be able to move over the head unit, subs, etc... but alot of the newer cars I've looked at appear to have the head unit completely integrated into the dash. How much of an issue should this be and is anyone aware of dash installation kits for any of the following cars?

upcoming Dodge Magnum - (should be the same dash/stereo setup as Chrysler 300C)

Mazda 6

Mazda 3

For those who are familiar with these cars, how hard would it be to customize something if need be?
