Neeeed help on 2 12" subs

Hey wus up i got two 12" visonick subs pushin 800 watts a peace sealed in a dual enclosed box. First question is what kind of amp should i get to push near max power. The price range is around $300 and need help on that.

Second question is if i get a descent amp then what is the best way to hook it up so i can get maxium power for my money. And also do i need anything else to go with this system like an equilizer, crossover or what?
