I've been wanting to do this for a while. No such upgrades are available out-of-the-box for my car, so I was going to use some 1/8" Lexan or Plexi and shape it to my lens.

Don't know if you've checked here (http://store.theretrofitsource.com/) but they have some TSX kits that come with bulb, ballast, and shroud for like $350. Those CCFL angel eyes can be had for much cheaper on Ebay.

i bought my projectors and ballast/bulb kit from theretrofitsource.

i auno...

i just bought a pair of 2005 TSX. i read a bit about some of the projectors and look fomr some that wouldn't take up too much space. the TSX fit my budget and had good output. reason why i bought it.

never heard anything about stages of types..

What's the difference between the Stage 2, 3 & 4 TSX kits on there?

I am wondering the same thing. Maybe the intensity of the light? They have a small .gif image showing the difference between stage one and stage four (i believe)...anyone know if these will work fine? Or if they are any good?

(side note, i am probably going to be getting a different vehicle now. Looking at a 1999 Chevy Silverado...always wanted a truck, plus we just got about 17 total inches of snow up here in a week and my little sunfire with lo-prof tires is not cutting it anymore..haha)

um. i believe the stages they show on the store is just the type of set. no real difference in output. just what the kit comes with.
