Hello fellow bassheads.
I'm having a bit of trouble with my subs as I notice they don't really flex that much.

I have 2 X 12" nakamichi 3,600 watt (600 rms) subs wired in what I followed through diagrams to be in parallel to my rockville db15 6000 watt amp (1,500 watt rms) with the positive and negative terminals on the outside ports of the amp.

I don't have my amps gain turned all the way up as I know I will fry my subs.

Even at around 50% gain and the bass controller turned up all the way. The subs start getting hot and barely have any flex to them.

Need some help from experienced car audio people thanks !

Sure, 600 volts, yep. If you’re trying to launch the subwoofer cones to the moon! And, that’s if they don’t just vaporize first!
