need help tuneing system alpine

i am looking for sum advice to tune my system.drivin an escort hach back, i have a alpine-9821 (hu), two alpine swe-10 in seprate sealed boxes, and a rf 501bd amp. the speakers are 200w rms @ 4 ohm running at @ohm on the amp. i have four sony explode 6 1/2'' 3ways two in front two in back.

now my hu gives me the option to set bass at 60hz 80hz 100hz 200hz

and setting band with 1, 2, 3, or 4 frm narrow to wide.

the treble settings are 10hz 12.5hz 15hz 17.5hz

not to conserned on treble but how can i tune this system???
