Need help picking out AMP

Ok i'm buying 2 15 xxx subs. I need two amps to run these beasts. I was thinking about Hifonics Brutus 1500d or something like that? Does it actaully put out 1500 watts? I also thought about gettin 4 Memphis 1000d's and running one amp to each sub? Let me know bro's?

The Brutus is supposed to put out its rated power, I have not owned one though, so hopefully somebody that owns one can attest to that. Dont forget to set aside some $$ to beef up your electrical system if youre going to be running 300w rms.

The HiFonics put out there power at 1 ohm. They have been known not to be so good at 2 nad 4 ohm. They are mainly ment to be run at 1 ohm.

I like the DA 7122 from Eclipse. Its rated at 2000 watts at 2 ohms. You can get them for around $699.00 on the net.

Or perhaps the Crossfire VR2000D. 2000 watts of power.
