need help on new set up

hey i am kinda lookin around for a new set up one twelve in the back of my hatch back subaru i want to find the whole set up (sub, box, amp) for under 350 im 16 so i dont have much money i am looking at a CF vr202 amp with CF cf312 sub in slot ported box, all installed for 330$ good price or bad? also i found a clarion four channel amp at a nother store for 150$ is this good well any info help me out
