Need Help Deciding Which Amps to use

I am putting a half new system in my Chevy Colorado Crew Cab and I'm using some left over equipment from my last install and I'm not sure which amps I should use for what. The only thing I am sure about is that I should use one of the MRV-1005's for the sub. I'll list the amps and their specs plus the speakers and their specs. Let me know what you guys think I should use for what. I know there has to be a good mixture in there somewhere. Any suggestions on how I should bridge and wire them to the speakers would also be greatly appreciated. I also have a question about preamp voltage. These amps are set up for 4V from the HU, what if anything negative will happen if a higher voltage is sent from the HU?

Bump yet again... I can't believe no one has anything to say about this. I have all the information on the products I need advice on and no prior knowledge is needed. Most threads on here start out with "I need 900 watts on some speakers" and they get 800 replies.
