Need help connecting power/ground wires to PPI A600 amp

Hi,

I have a PPI A600 amp that I love and don't want to part with. I recently moved and lost the connector that connects the positive and negative wires to the amp itself. I believe it was very similar to a Molex connector. Anyway, I have searched Molex and tons of other sites and can't find a replacement connector. Of course, PPI doesn't exist anymore and the company that bought them out told me they don't manufacture these amps or parts anymore. I have even searched Ebay for them.

So, I have resorted to making my own crude connection somehow, but I don't want to lose any signal or anything.

Here is a picture of the positive and negative terminals on the amp and one of the 8 gauge wires I need to connect them to.

Here is a very blurry close up of the terminals from the outside of the amp (note how the connector would have to fit through the metal opening to get to the terminals).

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to connect both positive and negative wires to the terminals without them touching each other and shorting out? I don't assume soldering directly is an option is it? I'd rather not do that.

Even better would be if someone had this connector lying around or new where I could get one.

The diameter of the terminal is 1/4" and the spacing between terminals (from center point to center point) is 3/8".

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

-Mike
