need help bout speakers

ok i got an 4 channel alpine amp 40watts perchannel rms and a kenwood headunit

i got to get 4 6 1/2"speakers ,what kind of RMS wattage i need on those speakers? can i go under de 40 watts rms amp provides in a speaker i mean using a 30 watt speaker?or can how far can i go over i mean like using 50 RMS watts speakers?

i just want my amp to fullfill the speakers at its best

just get as close as possible!!! you would be better off having the RMS of the speaker a little higher than the RMS of the amp.
