Need an amp *HELP PLEASE*

I'm about to go crazy looking for a good deal on an amp these days. So many products, SO MANY **** PRODUCTS, and about a trillion different reviews on each. An amp isn't just something you can go in the store and listen to, say like a subwoofer or speakers. All I'm asking for is an amp that produces it's rated power or above, will last if used properly, and it's built with quality. I don't need anything FANCY. I don't care how it looks because it will be hidden, I don't need any preouts (my eq runs all the rca's to my amps), nor do I need a crossover (but if it has one, that's fine).

My budget is $175 (no more, ok maybe 200)

Amp needs to be

600w x 1 @ 4ohm rms or

300w x 2 @ 2 ohms rms

I've looked at **** near everything, believe me. Hifonics, JBL, Rockford and Profile have been the companies I've researched the most. I had a PPI a600 art series but sold it like an idiot, and I'm not sure if I can buy it back (I only paid $175 for that thing).
