he is actually one of the new artists from the South I respect more then the others...he is still simplistic but his concepts are more clever then most of the new Artists from the South I don't really like that song in particular because I played it out...but the Young Joc city album was decent at best...

this is just my opinion

i don't agree any one region is better than any other region, thats too broad of a statement. I believe they have talented musicians from all over the US, much less the globe, IMO its ignorant to say any one region is better than any other, why not compare artists? I'm appalled at the fact any one would even consider to argue which is better? When in actuality 'better' is nothing more than a personal preference.

that is your opinion and you are DEFINITELY entitled to it...but you can EASILY argue somebody is better then somebody else...that is like sayin' Jay Z isn't better then Mike Jones...because they are two different types of artists which is not TRUE AT ALL....in no way are they equals....East Coast uses Metaphors/wordplay and other creativity that comes with Lyricism...the South has no concept of either...and if they do it is Childish and Dr. Suess like...IMO you can very easily compare regions...where you ARE right is sayin' it is personal preferance....because it is...somebody might like the South more because they just like the beats...something they can dance to and get hype to....people like me who like the East Coast like who care about good lyricism...depth...and skill like Jay Z or Nas....or people who just like straight up "Gangsta" rap like the West Coast....even though it's all thrown into one Genre each region is extremely different in their own right...which is VERY arguable.....by the way...which artists do YOU like?

I have to say that is not a reason not to like camron. How doe sthe beef involve you. Thats liek sayin you dont like R kelly cuz he pissed on a *****. I listen to camron cuz is lyrics make me laugh. Kinda like eminem.....just a lil.

Dont get me wrong tho. I agree with your post. Each place is different, and regardless of what peeople say, they are always going to defend their region/state/city/section/hood

I liked everything Pre-Purple Haze from Cam'ron...he fell off hard...he uses pointless rhyming now to try to make himself sound fresh...I like JR Writer a little...Juelz a little and 40 Cal a little...hell rell and Jim Jones ****....and his diss to Hova was an obvious grab for attention for album sales...IMO...I mean I still bump his first 3 albums constantly....but after Purple Haze his shit blows....so you caught me...I guess I should rephrase my statement...I think he is STUPID for going at Jay Z...and his newer stuff his shitty compared to his old...and as for Eminem...he is a beast on the mic....I HATE Encore...worst rap album in the history of the Genre....but everything before that is flames...NOBODY touches his diss tracks...

I agree with you somewhat. Im not sure if he is trying to sound fresh or not, I guess me and you look at his lyrics differently. I look at his lyrics as if he was on comedy central tellign a joke. I would never take his lyrics seriously. But if you were around me you would hear me say "cookies and cake the brand new entamans" a lot. I think its funny. Kind of like people walk(ed) around saying "im rick james *****" about a year ago. that how I compare
