Nakamichi PA-8001 ??

Has anyone used this amp? Is this amp any good? I did a search but didnt come up with what i was looking for. I couldnt find any reviews for this amp too. So anyone that has used this or know about this amp please give me some insight on this amp. I changed my mind about the 12XXX because I just bought 2 JL Audio 12w6v2-D4. Will this amp work with my subs? Its gonna be in a sealed enclosure made to JL specs. Thanks!!

What about Nakamichi's 4ch amps? Are they any good?
