That’s only my 3rd box to carpet. I hate carpeting. I’ve gotten a little better and learned something to try differently each time.I suckkkkkkk at carpeting boxes
From the pics it looks like you did a much better job than I can lol. That’s only my 3rd box to carpet. I hate carpeting. I’ve gotten a little better and learned something to try differently each time.
Here’s the roof flexing. And I still haven’t adjusted my amp/HU settings for max power. I know she can handle more. You played one of my favorite all time songs! You should make a vid with the trunk lid closed. And yeah, that camera will have trouble picking up the bass sound bc of the mic's bandwidth.
Do you prefer plywood over MDF? I like the looks of the enclosures. Just wanted to know what your thoughts are on MDF. Thanks.

That’s my first plywood box, and I love it. Feels very solid, and super light compared to mdf. My smaller 12” Alpine mdf box feels twice as heavy! MDF is fine if you wanna save money, and it’s easy to cut and work with. But I’ll be using plywood from now on.Do you prefer plywood over MDF? I like the looks of the enclosures. Personally, I’d still take the lesser ply birch over mdf. I’ll never go back to mdf.13 ply ¾" Birch over MDF. High quality ¾" MDF over 5 or 6 layer Birch.
