MTX question

I just bought a new MTX TC4001 Thunder ( http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10074471&catid=11031 ) This is supose to be a mono block amp , but i do not understand why there is 2-channels on the amp, it says right above each channel speaker 1, speaker 2 ...can any one explain this to me? are they ment to be bridged? or is one channel for 2ohms and the other 4ohms

It is a one channel amp. Those outputs are connected in parallel internal to the amp to make connecting multiple subs easier.
