i have a splash tunl-802 i got for bout 20 bucks it says 800 wats max 2ohm stable but im not sure what its pushing at 2ohms is there a way to measure?

That amp will run a max of 440wrms.

Who cares!You won't be seeing the full wattage at all times so.Unless your riding around playing test tones then its irrlivent.
