There was also cone problem causing it to crack. They tried fixing it and did something else, and then that caused a different problem. I forgot all the specifics for the 2nd problem.

Yes, eD was always planning to upgrade their lines, but the thing that set that in motion was what I had mentioned previously.

And I believe the second problem was similar to the first problem.

I wish I could say that....I have always wanted one of those, but don't have the 500 bucks to score one off of ebay.

They usually go for about 350.00. That is when their listed. IMO the best raw power amp ever produced. One time I was having one of my JL's fixed so I asked my brother in law if I could use his Punch subs. They were four ohm subs so each sub was getting 300 watts. I was pissed when I had to replace both subs.
