Magnum D2 12 or 15

Alright guys i've decided to save up my money and get something pretty badass. I'm wondering what will be the difference between these 2? Do they both have the same RMS? Do they both hits the lows same? Is there a night and day difference? Are the subs 4ohm, 2ohm or 1ohm? I was going to run this amp to them http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=12596 , should this power them enough?

Just don't wanna f up gettin my first system and get the best out there.

the subs are dual 2 ohm, hence the name D2. A 15" will handle slightly more power and get lower in the right enclosure.

I think you can get a better amp for the money though.

The 12 will handle just as much power as the 15.. I would agree with the amp comment, but there's nothing wrong with Earthquake. And DO NOT buy from OnlineCarStereo. I hate that place!

That is a NICE AMP but works really good at 1 ohm so just run it parrell

That's what I was going for if it didn't sound right. I meant they would get louder b/c of surface area and such.

If you have the money and the space go for the magnum 15, either a Hifonics BX 1000, or 1500 would be perfect for it. I'm very impressed with my magnum! hope fully it's not too long of a wait for the SI's to come back in stock.
