I have a down firing box under my rear bench seat. It only has 5" of depth. I have 2 jl 10's for it but then I would have to start modding the box

what would be cool is the stealthboxes jl offers.depending on what car u got checkout http://www.jlaudio.com and go to enclosures since the subs are going under ur rear seat maybe u could find something u'd like w/ the stealhboxes.i dunno just give it a look.

i think mtx makes some crazy custom boxes that are car specific too. i forget which company made them, but somebody made these linear subs that had really shallow mounting depths.
