well if you are worried about ur system getting jacked,i would suggest an alarm system with a dual stage shock sensor,and for your windows i would get the glass mic,if they break a window it triggers the alarm,they make alarms that come with pager like displays to let you know the status of your car,if they open a door trunk,hood,it will let you know on your remote,even while your at the movies away from your car,or if htey just bang into it or hit it,it alerts you its a 2 way paging system on some new alarms and they come with remote start.well it all depends on how far you are wanting to go with security,u pay cheap you get cheap,i always suggest the best when it comes to security systems.plus it lowers your car insurance.well let me know what you plan on getting,i have one of those alarms for sale brand new with a glass mic.let me know.check out http://www.directed.com and look up the python 881 xp,that is the alarm i have.
