Most places that sell everything at recommended price have about 200-300 percent markup. But that is also to pay for the building and payroll of employees. The reason internet stores can sell stuff so cheap is because they don't have to pay someone to sit there and all the other stuff.

at my local video kingdom ( only car audio shop around) they get stuff and then sell it for twice of what they got it for. there selling jl 500/1 for like 600 bucks.
