Legacy Amp

What kind of temperatures am I going to be having with a legacy 2400 watt amp? Also what size speaker wire would I use on 2 1200 watt subwoofers.
try using something other than legacy and the so called "2400 watt amp." That figure is very distorted, and its gonna have **** for SQ

Yeah, I hate to tell you but you won't be getting anywhere near 2400W most likely. Look at what amp rating the fuses are and that will give you an idea of how much it REALLY puts out. I had a so called 2000W Legacy that had like 2 20A fuses. The DEI 1100D I now have has 2 40 A fuses with the amp rated at half the watts... you do the math. People say give Legacy a chance (well I have) but dishonest companies don't deserve any customers. I'm not saying they don't have one good amp, just that they inflate numbers. The heat should never be a problem with any amp, and even the worst will shut off if they do overheat.
