Kenwood MASK

I have a kenwood deck with the MASK feature, where if it disconnects from the battery it wont flip back around without the password. I forgot my password, and now cannot get the deck to flip back around. Any suggestions on how to get it to work?

Get tje S/N off the head unit and have your receipt ready when you call kenwood. There should be a technical assistance line and if you can prove that you bought the head unit they will tell you how to open the screen.
