hey, how do you thing this setup would be, a kenwood KAC-819

with stinger 8ga. wiring in a ported box, and how do you think i should connect these subs to that amp?

No way in HELL I'd buy Kenwood subs. Have heard some bad things about kenwood amps frying.

I'd have to say Kenwood is a bad choice overall.

I must agree. Kenwood doesn't have anything good for making bass(except for the DB+ subs).Kenwood makes amps that work well for full range speakers and even mids and highs, but look elsewhere for bass.
