lol, its about 30 outside here. The last 3 days have been odd, we've had to run water at night for reasons new to me, I guess pipes burst? never had to worry about that before. Its hit mid 20s twice this week, if it rains it will snow. As strange as that sounds in phx.

yeah that seems a little odd lol. all my hoses and and crap have been frozen for about the last 2 weeks plus my hot tub:crap:
