JL 10W7 or RE XXX 10"

I want to get one of these subs for my jeep cherokee this summer but am having a hard time choosing. I personally would rather have better SQ then SPL but I've heard that the SQ and SPL on both of these subs are phenomenal. I'll be using a JL 500/1 amp to power it. Any thoughts?

It all depends. JL is mostly SQ while they can get plenty loud. RE XXX has the best of both worlds. It's mainly a SQ sub w/ the ability to get LOUD! Since you got the 500/1, why not go with the W7?
