iTunes question

if i wanna share some of my music i bought off itunes with someone else all i would have to do is copy the files to her hard drive and then authorize her computer with my name and pass right? or is there some trick that they have to be on the same network? i currently have my desktop and my laptop authorized and im pretty sure u can authorize 5 comps

not sure, but if they download in MP3 format then it should be easy to transfer to another computer just by burning a data CD with the mp3 files on it
