Is this a good price to pay ?

I found a set of CDT CF HD, High Definition, 6.5" speakers components that are 2 months old. Would 200 bucks shipped be a decent price to pay or should I use the 200 for something else?

Im looking to replace my stock system, just receieved my ALPINE 9835 head unit, and need some comps. I want good mid bass, and plenty of volume. I have about 75-100 wrms of power from my amp to run them. They will be suppliments to the two RE HC12's I have.

Initially i was looking at the CL61a's but there currently out of stock, so i started surfing around. Found the above comps and the seller is willing to let them go for 200 shipped.

What should I do?
