is there wire better then others ??

Nope, as long as it's the proper gauge. And flexible enough to meet your needs. Wire is wire. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

nope not at all.ive been using the same Wal-Mart amp kit for the last 2 years and its been though 3 almost totaly different installs..like Ramos said...Wire is Wire.

then what about all that oxygen free stuff and the different twisted kinds and stuff?
Most wire used for car audio, if not most electronic appliancecs, are OFC. Stranded wire usually is twisted.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
RCA's is a different story. Youe MAY hear/see a difference in that.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The only real difference you MIGHT see in more expensive wire is higher quality insulation and higher strand count (slightly less resistance, better flexibility, improved durability)
The higher strand count means nothing for resistance, it only improves flexibility. Wire of the same gauge will have the same resistance per foot. Expensive wire might look better (opinion) and will lighten your wallet.
