Is my sub blown?

I noticed for the first time, today that I lost my thump. When I got home I checked things out, and discovered when I apply slight pressure to the rubber surround, the sub starts to bump again, but it rattles like crazy. Is my sub blown?

turn everything off and then push on the sub, if there is a scratchy sound when you push it up and down then its probably blown
