Installation at Tweeter

I went to Tweeter today and asked the guy to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to install the following into a 2002 Jetta:

Alpine CDA-9833

BA ProSeries 6.5 Components (2 pairs)

JL 300/4

JL 12w6v2

JL 500/1

They quoted me $389 for the install plus $500 for monster cable wiring, totalling $889. How much am I getting ripped off? Alternatives?

hahahahahahahahaha omg, the answer is: horribly, they are ripping you off horribly

all the wire you need should cost less than $75 tops

you should just install it all yourself and it'll be so much cheaper

Haha thought so, I'm kinda of new to all of this so I wasn't sure....

While I got ya, will the JL 300/4 be good enough to power the 4 BA components? Any other recomendations?
