ok ok heres my question....

OK from what i hear audiobahn, mtx , infinity and rockford fosgate are all good subs. but what i don't get is why are audiobahns sold for so much less, when their specs are always better than their mtx, infinity, etc. counterparts. are audiobahns cheep quality? please some one help

Audiobahn is kinda of an inbetweener. They arent the best but not the worst either..If ou just wanna make noise then they will work if you want to do an SQ system well then I suggest you listen to some Alums and then JL or something else high quality to compare.

Adding to this....

Chroming everything (Audiobahn) is cheaper that improving thier designs through physics.

Audiobahn likes to exaggerate a little on their specs as well. Powerhandling, Qms, Sensitivity to name a few.

maybe they're trying to get some loyal customers, you know what im sayin.. then when the company has already has the very steady foundation...such as companies like, JL, KICKER, JBL, ETC. then prices will boost up sky high... (MINES ARE JUST "MAYBE")

and i think you should really take Zane's advice..
