hello fellaz , i sold out all my car audio system, because it wasnt rocking real good , so i need your opinion to choose the best system, CD player including a built in EQ, and an amp ABOVE 1000W or equal to(and should be great and doesnt cut at low volumes,and subwoofers that reproduce a sub bass frequency below 20HZ. and a nice pack of tweeters , and 4 mid range speakers...

An amp that produces 1200w would prolly be about $300 as is, a single entry level subwoofer at $100~150, a decent CD player at about $250, CDT comps for 130. Comp amps wold be about 200, i think. Wiring kits shouldn't cost you a bomb, although I'd go for some robust ones.

FYI, you can't hear frequencies that dip below 20Hz, and seeing your name is bass outlaw, you'll want to port it. Playing tones below 20Hz loud in a ported box isn't advised.

Also, if you need a whole pack of tweeters and 4 mids, then our budget will one way or the other have to find a way to expand somewhat.

wat you could do is go to Ebay and get some Decent stuff for a pretty good price...

You don't really need 4 mids or a pack of tweeters. That would ****. Get one high quality 2 way component set. Like JL Audio XRs or Focals or Infinity Perfects. And feed them at least 100W RMS. Don't bother with rear speakers. Get a cheap Profile amp or something for these and you should be able to get everything for like $300.

Next to the trunk. Check this out 1 RE SX 15 in a big ass ported box tuned to 36-38 Hz with a Hifonics Brutus bx1500d. I think that will make you happy as far as bass is concerned. It will be crazy loud and drop geriatrics like a bad bingo night. Altogether that should run you about $600 for the amp and sub. But as your userid is bass outlaw, I assume you like bass so this is where you wanna spend your coin.

$100 isn't really enough to buy a head unit but you could always get that later.

You don't necessarily need the best stuff.....judging by what you wrote you want the loudest stuff. Luckily for you thats cheaper on your wallet. I'm sure these guys will hook you up with that. I'm sort of out of the loop as far as SPL is concerned.

Well, depending on the music you listen to and the "type of bass" you like, would determine the sub size. Personally, between all sub brands, i'd go with Resonant Engineering, hands down.

Their 8s have surprisingly excellent low end output and strong highs. They have a huge range. And their 15s sound absolutely insane. Haven't heard anything from them between that (10, 12 and 18 inch). I would go with either 4-8 RE8s giving them about 200w each in a ported box @ 35hz or a single/double 15 ported to 29-32hz.

Both have bass that shakes your entire body and never sound distorted, at least I have never distorted a Resonant Engineering sub before.

Awesome design + awesome sq/spl balance = Resonant Engineering

Dont know pricing on the SX series, but i'm gonna guess around $300 because thats how much the HC series was.

RE 8s are $50 a piece.

where can i look at these resonant engineering 8 inch subs, u say four of these will shake your body? thats hard to believe 8's are able to do that but im prolly wrong seeing how i know nothing. post a link up if possible, id like to try them out, can these ac tually come close to something say like a 500/2 jl and 2 w3v2 jl's???

i learned that you hafta email re's site to find a dealer close to you, just give em your zip code. they aint got no authorized dealers online. i got most all the rest of my stuff on ebay for purty good prices. just look around man. good luck
