Okay, a friend of mine got a car a couple months ago, and it needed a new set of front speakers, radio, etc. He didn't have the cash for it at the time, but being that he was my ride to and from work, I did the good samaritan thing and fronted him a pair of front speakers and a wiring kit, plus a 4 channel amp i had laying around and random other things needed to hook it up. His total came to like $160. Even with a kid, a man should be able to pay off $160 in 2 months, right? I knew if I reposessed my stuff back, that would mean no ride for me... but in the next week or two, I'll be nabbing myself a beater, which means I can fuck with his stuff all I want and still be able to get to work (w00t).
I wouldn't be so pissed if he at least attempted to pay me back, or didn't try to bum gas money off of me when 9 times out of ten I can't get ahold of him to get a ride to or from work! What really takes the cake is that he came in to get a subwoofer where I work, and spent a little over $100. When he came in, I didn't think much of it, but when he wanted to know my opinion on what sub to get for his price range I told him I didn't really give a shit, because it all pawns just the same. He kinda chuckled and I sat down at the computer in the back and played some Castlevania. The owner/manager got kinda pissy at me, but once I told her the situation, she agreed with me not wanting to have anything to do with that sale. Instead of buying a sub, he should have paid me that money.
So in your honest opinion, should I go and take all my stuff back, regardless of whether or not it renders his car useless? Yes, that includes the GM side battery post adapters.
