does anyone here already ordered online in EBAY.COM ??? they sell cheap brand new subwoofers there... but is it for real? i find them very cheap. if they say its brand new, is it really brand new??? for example.. they sell a brand new PAIR of 12" compVR kickers for US$148.00

I'm not sure what your car stereo on-line shopping experience is, but that is not a surprising price. When i first started checking on-line stores I could not believe the prices. An amp that I recently bought at a local store for $400 was going for $240. Ebay often will price equipment lower so that more people try to outbid eachother and win the auction (brings the cost somewhere between wholesale and retail). I have never heard of an ebay scam, so I am assuming that the low price is just a sales technique.

I would recomend going to an actual store and looking at the stuff before you buy it, Ebay is mostly ******** that people are just trying to get rid of. If it was anygood why would it be so cheap and you dont know if these people are telling the truth or not. Its easy to find wholesalers on the net that you can trust.

When I buy stuff and use it for a while, I have a tendency to sell things cheap when I get a new item also. I sold a pair of Fosgate HE2's in a box and a decent deck for $150 just because I didnt need them anymore. I traded an amp and two subs for a few burned CD's. what I am trying to say here is that just because somthing is cheap doesnt mean that there is somthing wrong with them or that it is a scam or anything like that. I would have no problem buying from ebay, except I cant really afford anything yet. The things you buy there dont have a warranty, though.

Audio store= best choice if you are loaded

Ebay= worked just fine for me everything came in cept my deck is still on the way and i have no idea where it is and everything is in good (new) working condition.

Carstereotime.com and others like it= not sure my sub came in with a big hole and they say they cant replace it only give me my money back so i dont no i am looking around at other sites though.
