Just seeing if anyone has a used optima yellowtop, group 34... No smaller... I don't think the other ones deliver enough power... Thx.. Make me offers.

I will sell my G31 for the right price. It's just sitting in my trunk right now, no amp even hooked up to it.

Got it from nsgm a few months ago. Runs perfect, all cells are good and I charge it about once a week to get it to float around 13.0 volts.

Why do most of you prefer to use the Optima Yellowtop vs. the Blue Top. They are both deep cycle, but it looked like the Blue Top gives a little more cranking power...??

Blue and yellow are the same exact thing. Blue is just for marine application and usually has side posts.

Correct me if I'm wrong but being a marine it can go completely dead without much damage.

i called them and asked...they said the bluetop has 2 different kinds...the regular marine battery, and the deep cycle battery... The deep cycle blue top is less power than the yellowtop's for the most part...BUT the regular bluetop is like the redtop he said
