Well after 2+ weeks of me warning @ kid @ skool" either buy subs that hit harder and aren't as loud or DYNOMAT your car." Well Today on his way home he got a noise ordernance violation. HAHA!! Anyways I am now putting together my system (after the old one got jaced) anyways I will build all my won boxes so I want reccomendations for subwoofers. I am looking towards some Kickers, JL audio, Crossfire or JBL. Maybe even Rockford Fosgate. I am planning against MA Aduio. Can anyone reccomend subwoofers that HIT? I don't wanna be loud just felt inside my car. Its an 88 Chevy Corsica (aka Ghetto Cruizer).Also I would like to put some 8" or 6"x9" subs under the front seats. Can i get some brands here too?

If I were you, I would get some Eclipse Ti subs. these subs are nice, hit HARD, and have great sq.

Oh, you might want to get some JL Audio 8s up under the seat. I have heard a pair of these and they really supprised the crap out of me. You wound not believe how hard a pair of these things hit!!

Actually Rangerman I have been looking @ JL audio 6.5" and 8" subs for under the seats. I will probobly go the 6.5" way though, as i forgot to include box room as i just inserted a speaker to see if it would fit. But, first things first. I have toget a new muffler, and have it painted. Being 17 (as of the 12th) and having no job, it isn't easy to get the money to be able to have your car painted. Anyways doews anyone have any good 6.5" or 8" subs that they would see or trade? I can get a variety of things so please email me is u'd like to work out something.

My 2 8w3's hit pretty hard, but I use them mostly for midbass.

lol mr cyclone washing machine dood....that is perfect example how a speaker is in all reguards an electric motor.....good transducer though no doubt clean too.
