lol at the guys suggesting he should have shot the guy. Quite possibly the worst idea ever. Going to jail for murder isn't cool. Anyways, I'm sure not too many people would have the balls to pull a gun on the guy, I'm not sure I would have.

nope, havent gotten the guns back. i dont think he pawned them, he was underage and i think you have to be 18 to pawn stuff, especially guns. pawn shops run the serial numbers by the local pds as far as i know, also. i will check for sure though, he could always have given them to someone else to pawn.

he told me that he was 17 when i asked him his info to tell the 911 operator. gave me a generic sounding name though, so who knows. they did get some good prints off my tv monday night, if they match his, thats his 3rd burglary. hopefully he'll spill it about the guns.
they also told though, that even if the prints did match, they may not be able to go search where he lives, even though its dangerous weapons, federal offenses... told me that it depends on the judge.
even though she told me they were going to do so, it was pretty trippy having 4 cops roll up on me and point their weapons at me. standard procedure when a weapon is involved, even though it was in my back pocket, cell phone in one hand, other up in the air. i had smoked a bowl on the way over there...

i know, been thinking about that all day. little bastard winked at me from the back of the car, was acting all types of cocky and hard once the cops got there. until they showed up, he was pissing his pants.
i doubt he'd come at me or the house again, i scared him bad. i could definitely see him doing a drive by once he gets out of jail, goes back to his house which they dont want to search, and gets my guns to use, or throwing a molotov cocktail through the window, something of that nature.
i already had plans to move, they've been accelerated now. pretty sure he was a juvenile so he's probably already out. i let him know that if i saw him again i would shoot to kill and consider it self defense, and i meant it.
