I am looking into getting a kenwood exceleron kdc-x917 does anyone know it this is a good hu or what?

Not familiar with that HU, but I have had three Kenwoods (one of which is Excelon) and they are great. Just make sure you get it from an authorized dealer so the warranty lasts.
