Just curious at how many watts rms you guys are running in these subs? sealed box?

is 300 watts rms too "little" since I know these subs are power hungry.

I am looking at either a soundstream amp that gives 300 watts rms into each sub OR another soundstream amp giving 440 watts rms into each sub. in a sealed box also.

any opinions or suggestions?

300 is plenty to make them loud. 400 or so to reach their full potential. That is what i have ran to them in the past. I have also done a setup with 4 12w3v2s on a KX1200.1. 300wrms to each and it was LOUD.

With half inch MDF, it's like 4.27cu/ft internally not including sub and port displacement. That's like 3.5 to 3.8cu/ft after displacement. You...
