well he is still using the account, even if he states that he is using the account, hes still using it.
i think the mod needs to change his password atleast, no matter how you figure it it underminds the whole idea of a mod, letting someone use your account and knowing use it is not right.

i know ill probably get banned for saying this but a mod is supposed to be a trusted person on the site and when he knowingly lets someone else use his account to ban someone it is a clear misuse of power and very irresponsible to do.

the mods are here to stop shinanigans like this, but failed at the core idea of a mod.

the mod should take some seriousness to his job as a mod and not make a mackery out of it
