how do i make a dvc 1 ohm?

how would i go about making a dvc 15"diamond 1 ohm... my amp cuts out and could possibly be the problem?

IF it's a dual 2 ohm, then you just go + to + to + and - to - to - that's from coil to coil to amp terminal.
