How do I know what Hz to set the crossover frequency to?

This is the amp I have:

I have MB Quart DSD213 5.25" 2-Way DISCUS Separate Components I am trying to power.

Specifications are:

Impedance: 4 Ohms

Frequency Response: 55-32kHz

Sensitivity: 89 dB

Power Range: 35-90 watts

Crossover Frequency: 4000Hz

Crossover Slope: 12 dB/octave

what should I set the front crossover frequency to?

Also what does HP, LP, and AP mean for the front crossover?

crossover: 60-70hz

HP= High Pass

LP= Low Pass

AP= All Pass
