HiFonics Amps?

How are these amps in terms of quality? I am currently looking at the HiFonics Warrior Merlin and I was wondering if it was a good deal. It would be used to power a dual 4 ohm 12" Alpine Type R.

Donno bout the newer amps they make now, they are under different parent company now. But I have a couple of series VIII amps from back in the day and they are great. You can always count on them.
