i have an 88 merkur scopio with 2 12" eathqake speekers and clarion amp and my dash and head lamps flash to the bass and if its up to loud my amp fuse blows can anyone help please

First is sounds like your alternator is not strong enough for your system. But the first thing I would check is your ground. Re-due the ground and make sure is it to bare metal.

As for the fuse blowing, what size fuse are you useing and what watt amp is it? What size is your power and ground wire?
