help on box size

I got 2 12" sound stream tarantulas wich handles a 1000w each with a 2000watt amp I need a good box that will hit real hard i want people to feel me coming down the road any suggestions i never tried a wooden box always went with the plexi glass boxs so can any one help me on the box size and weather i should port it or seal it please help also its for a 92 nissan sentra
