ok my friend has 2 12" kicker comp vr and i told him to buy a hifonics bx1500 off of ebay, but instead a guy at a local car audio shop sells him a 250.2 kicker kx series. Im trying to tell him its not enough to power the subs but the guy at the store told him all he needed was a capasitor. i would like to know if the kicker kx 250.2 is enought to power the subs, and will the capasitor help any on that amp?

that amp is probly enough to power them... to their full potintial? i doubt it

and how could a cap help make more power outa the amp? ur friend got tooken, see if he can take the stuff back.

the capacitor will only make your alternator work more, how much is he going to buy the kicker kx for i would go with the hifonics way more power for the money

yeah but he wont listen to me he said that the guy had a degree in car audio so ill just let him go on his own and learn it the hard way
