I have a classic style crew cab gmc 2003. I went to buy a complete audio package from a local car audio store. The total price added up quickly around $7000. I told him it would be all cash and ask whatever he could do for me would be appreciated. He said that he couldn't help me out so pricing was full msrp + tax on everything. Also install rate was $75 an hour for equipment bought from him and $125 per hour on things purchased online. I told them I sleep on it and ask for the estimate to look things over. He didn't want to give me the estimate. After a weekend of online searching I've found the same equipment near 30-35% cheaper. I call the shop to price the install on equipment I've purchased and guy was a complete ****. He told me $400 + dollars just install one amplifier. If anyone know of a good installer in Pa,nj. Area please let me know.
