Headunit w/ 1 rca preout to Crossover with 2 rca ins??

I have a Pioneer DEH-1500 Head Unit with only 1 set of preouts.

I am going to buy a Kicker crossover that has 2 rca inputs and 2 outputs.

Can I just get a Y-adapter from the Headunit to plug into both inputs to get a signal crossover for my single rcas out for Subs and Single rcas out for my components??

Yes, you can.

yep i am in the same situation. i even split the second set into a third set with no problems.

Most crossovers can feed both sets of outputs with a single set of inputs so you don't really gain anything by adding the y-cable.
